You may have a waiting period prior to your Active Date while your payment processes or until the Active Date arrives.
During this period, we process your documentation and payments to activate your Membership at OneShare. Until your Membership is Active, you’ll see a lite version of Member Portal with access to some of our Pre-Active Date resources such as the My Choice Provider Locator (to help determine Providers prior to your Active Dates), links to the Knowledge Base and Member Video Hub to prepare you for our offerings during your Membership.
Once your Active Date is reached, all our resources will open for your use within the Portal!
