How Do I Get Started Using Telemedicine?

First, download the DialCare App and register your information. Then, call: (833) 387-9603. Massachusetts residents should call: (855) 847-3627.

At the start of your Telemedicine consult, you will call in for a triage process, then the doctor will call you back via phone or video chat for a discussion. They may write you prescriptions to pick up later.

It’s important that you turn off your spam filter or RoboKiller beforehand, or the doctor’s call may go straight to voicemail. Also, each Dependent on your Program needs to register with their own email if they are over the age of 18. For example, if you have a college student and they need to call in for a Telemedicine consultation, the Primary Member (Parent) cannot take that call for them.

If you’d like more information regarding Telemedicine, contact Member Support by phone at (833) 546-4478, Monday through Friday, 7am – 7pm CST for assistance!
